Join me for a 60-min workout in my fully equipped private Home Gym. I will design a workout for you based upon your current level of fitness. My exercise program will be pushing you to your boundaries, getting you one step closer to your goals!
Mobile Training Service
No need to leave your house as I come to you! Bringing all exercise equipment that you will need in order to get a great 60 min workout!

In Person Group Class
Want to motivate more than just yourself? Bring along a friend for a fun 60 min long workout session in my fully equipped private Home Gym that will keep you sweating! Group classes have capacity for up to 3-4 friends.
Online training
Need guidance of where to start in the gym or at home while you take control of your days and times you want to workout ? Online training may be the fit for you!
Includes:
- 10-20 min weekly phone session to check your progress and answer any questions
- weekly check in to track your progress with pictures
- detailed workout plan that adjusts every 2 weeks as you progress using a App called Trainerize, that allows you to view videos of workouts I design for you.

Virtual Fitlife @ HOME Or Anywhere you may be
Not sure what to do in the gym? Can’t find childcare and can’t leave the house? Limited time? Don’t worry! This package is the right one for you! Using FaceTime (or alternative software) and I will lead you in a satisfying sweaty workout.
I help guide you in what to do in the gym, or utilize any workout equipment that you may have in your house. The options are endless with this package!

Macro Nutritional Guidance/Flexible Eating Approach
Not sure where to start with what you consume in order to get to that goal weight? Want to learn what your portion sizes should be? All while eating what you usually eat, but now mindfully and in moderation, this may be a good approach for you.
Learn as I help guide you in learning your portion sizes and healthier food selections all while eating the foods you still love, using the MyFitness Pal App.
Check-ins will be weekly to make sure you are hitting your macro nutrient goals.
